Using today's technologies we provide for a content rich user interface and maximum browser capability. The key to accomplishing this goal is leveraging the power of ActiveX Technology and the object architecture already employed in the construction of SoftTIME.

TCP/IP

The Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) on top of the Internet Protocol (IP) were developed by DARPA to enable communication between different types of computers and computer networks. The Internet Protocol is a connectionless protocol that provides packet routing.TCP is connection-oriented and provides reliable communication and multiplexing.

IIS (Internet Information Server)
Microsoft's Web server software, which uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to deliver World Wide Web documents provides functions for security, Gopher and FTP servers, and CGI.

ASP Page
An Active Server Page is a Web page that is dynamically created by the Web server. ASP pages can contain contain both HTML and scripting.

NT Server
The version of Windows NT, which supports symmetric multiprocessing and online transaction processing for a large number of users.

DLL
Dynamic link library.

Active X
An ActiveX component is just a general term, encompassing:
